Demonstration data policy
The demonstration application stores synthetic draft answers and document metadata in Cloudflare D1. Synthetic demonstration uploads of PDF and Word DOCX documents are accepted only while the private Google Drive archive is available. Files are validated for format and size but are NOT automatically malware-scanned. Each new file is explicitly marked Not scanned. Do not preview, open or share uploaded documents until you have downloaded and checked them with current local antivirus software. Cloudflare D1 retains the document metadata, not the archived file contents. Do not submit actual identity documents, confidential business information, financial records or customer data.
Synthetic, unsubmitted demo drafts are scheduled for removal after 30 days of inactivity. Removal may be delayed when external storage is unavailable; you may delete your own demo draft earlier. No legally valid licence application or payment is accepted. A complete production privacy policy identifying the data controller, processors and approved retention periods is required before real information is collected.
